Orders placed by 12:00pm are generally despatched that same day; orders placed after 12:00pm are despatched the following day. Orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday and over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday). All orders are shipped from our Aldermaston warehouse; delivery time depends on your location.
All orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail at a flat rate of £4.99.
Deliveries are normally made between Monday and Friday, however Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost. Our Customer Care department is open 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am - 4:00pm on Friday.
