Orders placed by 3:00pm are generally despatched that day; orders placed after 3:00pm are despatched the next day. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday and over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). All orders are shipped from our Peterborough warehouse; delivery time depends on your location.

Your parcel(s)will need to be signed for so please make sure that someone is available. We are unable to bear the cost of non-delivered parcels, so you may incur an additional delivery charge for your order to be re-delivered. We can easily deliver to your place of work or a neighbour, so please make this clear in any delivery instructions when placing your order.

All orders are shipped via TNT at a flat rate of £6 to addresses within the United Kingdom. Deliveries are normally only Monday through Friday, but Saturday deliveries can be arranged at extra cost.
